About Telegram
Telegram is widely used within XR, it's free and moderately secure.  It can be installed on Android, iPhone, Windows and macOS. 

Our guidelines for communication

• Communicate in the spirit of XR:  be kind, respectful, companionate and truthful
• Short circuit conflict: If someone has offended you then explain this to them at the earliest opportunity ideally verbally or face to face
• Take it to the group:  If you want to discuss something contentious, ask for an agenda item so we can work through it collaboratively
• Pause, Review, Revise:  Before you send a message consider how it might impact  others, if you're angry, take time to cool off before hitting send
• Post wisely:  Action related stuff = XRW Actions Telegram group; News = XRW News Telegram group;  Everything else = XRW Community Chat

If you feel that an XRW member has not followed the guidelines please raise it with the coordinator so that a positive outcome can be reached at the earliest opportunity.
